Our Third HT Assignment

Assignment 3

 Here, We been given our third assignment. On this assignment assignment, we were required to do 2 task. Our first task is we need to do a CLASS ACTIVITIES which given by our instructor, Sir Ahmad Muzhaffar. For this Class activities, we were required to work as a group to assembling and disassembling of CPU. This Class Activities was held on 14th April 2012. As you know, I from One Brunei group along with Akmal Hafizh, Sarinah and Fiona.

We using PC tools to assembling and disassembling all the component in the CPU. The PC tools was provided by college. I will explain the uses of each tools in next post.

PC tools

First, we open the CPU case by removing all the screw that attach in the CPU case with provided tools. We open the CPU on the table so that make our work more easier by remove all the component inside the CPU except Motherboard and Power supply.

View from inside the CPU

Before we take out the component, make sure you take picture all the component inside the CPU so that it we wont forget where to connect the component. Because it will make you confuse just looking at cable. After that we remove the 5 component inside the CPU.

 Here is the component that we already take out from the CPU.

 Next, after all the component been take out, we need to assembling back the component into the CPU.

 

Finally, after we assembling all the component in right order, we need to check either it work or not.
